    The Ferrers School

The Ferrers School has a simple yet important mission – to support our students in being the very best they can be. This extends to all they do with us whilst at school: academically; in sport; in the arts. We want all our students to aim to be the best they can, to succeed in reaching ambitious goals and then to celebrate their success – to aspire, achieve, acclaim.

    Head Boy

Making the step up from primary to secondary education can seem daunting to any student: the wake-up call of going from being the oldest to the youngest in the school, the prospect of more homework as well as having to face the possibility of not knowing anyone in your new form. I am delighted to have been appointed Head Girl of The Ferrers School as the school has played such a significant role in my life and hope to help to further improve the school.

My first year at The Ferrers was a blast!  I thought the school would be really big, a lot like a maze, but as the year went past I learned where all the classes were and that it wasn’t big at all … well not as big as I thought it was at the start of the year.
